x10 File Uploads Not Working?

Trying to update my site by uploading new files via the web interface, but despite doing the "Uploading 37%" etc thing, the files themselves do not change - this is especially clear when trying to upload files to a new folder, where the upload thing whirrs, but no new files appear.

I use the x10.mx domain, if that affects anything, and let me know if you need more information!

I do pay for Premium, and ideally need the new site working for tomorrow evening (UK time)...

Are you on Starter Plan or Premium? If on Premium, you need to open a ticket on the Premium client panel.
