Like I said, FTP is down.

And, are you sure you're not overriding an already uploaded file in the file manager? Then you need to enable the little "override files" checkbox.

Please do not double post next time you get a warning and also please dont post here aobut this this goes in the free hosting section also did you read we are moving to new servers thats why everything is down.
