i went to(( backups)) icon at the Cpanel , and downloaded (( Download a MySQL Database Backup))

then i delete that data base from (( MySQL® Databases)) and then went back to backups and upload the file that i just downloaded it ..

its supposed to work normall as it was , but nothing happend ..

So guys , did i any thing wrong to upload the back up?

so , if its wrong , whats the best way to upload the backup without any errors

cpanel backups have worked fine for me (sustained server, though). I do hourly backups to my computer.

phpmyadmin backups should be fine. (It's the Export tool)

So there are some thing wrong at my Cpanel?

You should beable to download it, then upload it. Make sure when you upload it you use the "Restore a MySQL Database" upload feild, and click the Upload button next to it and it should work.

If you go to MySQL in your cPanel it should have a repair option. Try this.
