Can't load site or cpanel

Hello all.

I am having problems with my site not loading and also I can not get into the cpanel.
I have checked the server status and everything comes back ok so I was wondering if there is work being done on the sever or not?

Yes I am using firefox as well. The problem is it just says the following:
The connection has timed out

The server at nzforex.exofire.net is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Navigator is permitted to access the Web.

I know that the network is ok as I am writing here so that also means that I am permitted access to the web.

This is strange?

Ok seems to be ok now.
It was like this for just over 30 - 45 mins.
