I think I tried to warn you about this, as I had read other threads / posts / websites regarding them. Sometimes finding out yourself about something is the best way to learn.

Did you open a ticket with them? At least attempt to work it out?

The BBB just really is a place to complain. I have dealt with a lot of companies and filed a few complaints with the BBB, FTC, etc and really, does no real good.
To file with the BBB, you need an actual company name, address, contact information ... and all it does it put a file on them ...

You DID break their terms of service.

It says "You may not pay users to sign up or view our website".
They probably checked your referrals "came from" link and saw your thread, where you specifically offered to PAY 100 credits per sign up.

Along with:
"Posting your referral code on a website you do not own is not allowed."

Corey, I believe, is the one that owns x10 AND their forums, which is where you posted your referral link.

Hah, yeah, I think QuwenQ tells the truth there. ;) Although you used to be a staff member here, it's still not your website, so you can't (according to their ToS) post referral links on here. Topic Closed.
