Apache start page instead of the website

Dns of my website www.medicguide.org is pointed to nameserver 74.86.116.190 and i get the apache start page instead of my website for about 14 hours.
Also the site does not work without www.
But i can accesss cpanel.
Site was working very fine for about 2weeks.
Please help me to solve the problem.

Nameservers should set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, Once they are changed, login to www.x10hosting.com/login and find the "Account Details" section, check the box to use your own domain and enter it there. Or, you can "Park" it in the cPanel section of your website to keep your existing domain as your main one.

My dns host only support ip addresses.Have you changed nameservers recently or what are the ip adresses for the x10hosting nameservers?

There was an issue with your domain configuration. It should work fine now.
If you still get the Apache start page instead of your website, then:
-Delete your cache and temp files
-Flush your DNS
-Refresh the page

x10hosting nameservers are:
ns1.x10hosting.com (74.86.117.243)
ns2.x10hosting.com (74.86.117.241)
Make sure your domain is pointing to that IP address.

I did follow these instructions, but only to find out that Park Domain in cPanel won't work as it configured already. One thing that will not changed in cPanel under STATS and then Main Domain is affiliatecrunch.x10hosting.com although if made some changes on Account Details section, it will change except when i point or change it to affiliatecrunch.com. So, how can i change the main domain under cpanel to point affiliatecrunch.com?
