Too Many Errors!

I have been overflooded with too many errors with x10 hosting now!
Please helpme out if you can :-
# 1 -- I had been suspended this 5Th time for not logging in to the forums after two weeks - My fault.
Now, when i clicked on unsuspend now, then also i wasn't able to open my site as it said account suspended.
On entering my account name and clicking on check suspension reason - the box says " Error. Account not suspended" pls help.

# 2 -- The ads on my site don't open or if they open they take too long too do so. - These are the new ads run by the cpanel script which in turn cause many problems, any suggesions?


Pls help me out.

- You MUST login to forums once every two weeks to keep your account active.
- If you got suspended, you can't unsuspend yourself (you don't have enough X10 Credits for doing that).
- Check whether you have inserted proper AdCodes in your pages. You can get the AdCodes from your Account Management Panel.

there is an option that says "unsuspendnow" - if kajasweb is right, how many credits does it need?
Can some account manager unsuspend me?
What about the ads? - the codes are all right.

You need 1000 X10Credits to unsuspend yourself. (Ref: http://forums.x10hosting.com/rewards.php)

For unsuspension, you have to request in the appropriate forum. You can use the form at http://forums.x10hosting.com/newthread.php?do=unsuspend_request

Until you unsuspend yourself or the supsension has lasted 10 days, in which case your account is terminated.

I'm fairly sure any staff member (except mods) can unsuspend you, provided you fill out the form.

I have the power to unsuspend you. But posting a question, and not a unsuspension request - makes it hard for the staff to know you wish to be unsuspended.

As to everyone else...You can unsuspend yourself with the option, but there has been some issues with the unsuspension script. This only works for Inactivity suspensions, not the other ones.

and these things you call "problems" aren't x10's fault, these are "problems" on your side
