ummm im new and i cant even figure out how to upload my page lol...this is starting to frustrate me

You can upload your page using cPanel > File Manage > Upload.

all i have is an account panel i dont even see a control panel

What yo do it go to http://YourSubdoamin.whatever.com/cpanel login with your details then click on legacy file manger(the 1 i prefer).Click Ok. Then when you go to upload files. Which you can do single files or if need just zip a bunch of files together

You should have a Cpanel login if you have signed up for a hosting package. You would of received an e-mail detailing your login information for Cpanel. It shows us here that you have a domain setup, so you must of figured out how to log into Cpanel at least once.

yea i have a domain name and stuff but i couldnt get to the control panel....now when i log in it says"

ok so this time i found the cpanel but when i try to log in it says log in attempt failed...im confused haah
