some problems with the service

Since some weeks ago the pages that I have installed are not available many times per day; I mean that x10hosting is not accessible... Is it due a some maintaince of the service? Is it due a full use of the service? How could I solve this problem? I have some important pages related to my work activities...

There has been alot of changes being made over the past few weeks to improve the services. There are a few problems at the minute that are being addressed but it just takes time, soon things will be better.

Change the host from local_host to mysql.x10hosting.com

Excuse me my dear but you should not offer a free service if you can support it... Lastly, each day, my visitors cannot access the site... I was testing and only in the mornings the site is accessible... Now I have to solve some problems with my visitors...

Who says we can't support it? We are but simple, VOLUNTEERS ... we get paid squat to bring this to you. We have jobs and lives outside of x10 and can't always be here when something falls apart. As you may know by reading the forum, we are doing our best to solve each problem that comes up and give the best service possible.
But hey, if you don't like it - try and find a web host that offers as much as x10 does and the support staff that x10 offers and go use them.

Agreed. Ive been looking for a free web hosting service that provided decent features, and i found it, i thank all the members the volunteer to keep this service running.

Please take it easy. Generally speaking, I am satisfied with x10hosting services and it is the reason because I have had implemented my material here. Just, lastly we can't access my site which has some important content related to many people... Thank you and I apreciate your volunteer status.

thank you chris73... i don't know exactly why from here we can't access the site... i was wondering that maybe could be our geographic location... i am worried... some minutes ago we rejected by the site with a message like this: "cant' find server..."

Sometimes it can be just a glitch in your internet connection to the server.
