no access for several days

hi,

I signed up several days ago and registered the domain forumulaic.PCRiot.com, but have not once been able to access either the cpanel or the server to upload via ftp. I have posted a few times about this since i signed up, but haven't found any real answers to why nothing is working. I'm quite sure i've set everything up correctly, but until someone tells me otherwise, i'm stuck . . .
I can sign in to my account management page, but thats it.(the account is not suspended). Any suggestions please?

Your account is not showing suspended. Any reason as to why you think it is?
