MySQL Database has vanished!!!

I'm trying to access my phpBB message board I installed a few days ago and this is the message I get when I try.

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysql.x10hosting.com' (110) [2003]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

So then I go to the Account Management page and see that MySQL is up....
Then I go to cPanel and it says I don't have a MySQL database.....I'm worried...and confused.

Please advise!

I was told to do the following...but the address doesn't even save after I add it.

MikeHGA79, do you have mysql.x10hosting.com in your cPanel's Remote MySQL section? To check, follow these steps:
1. Log into cPanel.
2. Scroll down to the icon labelled "Remote MySQL" and select it.
3. If mysql.x10hosting.com isn't there, add it.

It still shows 0/3 MySQL Databases...

yeah i did the same, they must be away, or dont care...

I have figured out that the server is only down for phpBB3 I have 2 accounts, for two different Websites, one with phpbb 2 forums and one with phpbb3 forums, the phpbb2 forums work fine... but my phpbb3 ones don't

Yeah, last night the same thing happened to me for a few minutes but they all appeared again after a while. I'm assuming the mySQL server is down, so it's causing your website to screw up because it can't find all of your databases.

I also think this might be better suited for the "MySQL Issues Here" thread. There are a lot of people with the same problem.

We don't allow users to have multiple accounts, please backup your files and databases from one account and request termination of it, and upload the data to your other account.

Please PM me with the cPanel username (and password, if it's not the account you have linked - note that no x10 staff member will ever ask for this except for verification purposes) of the account you want terminated, as soon as you're ready. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
