x10 Services up/down thread

I don't know if its just me, but the x10 services up/down thread never loads fully for me. There are always quite a few of the boxes to load. Can this be rectified?

Sometimes it takes a few minutes. This occurs when it's trying to get the SMTP status, as it connects wrong to the server (without Authentication), so it waits for the socket to open but it doesn't.
