Account Suspended, not sure why

I don't really understand why my account was suspended, could someone clarify with me for what the reason could be? I barely had anything on the site and it was still a work in progress so I don't know what I did wrong...

And is there anyway I can get the html back? Because I never saved it anywhere other than here.

Also is there anyway I can get it unsuspended?

yes request an unsuspension in the support forum in the right sub-forum or if it is the high resource usage script the suspension will be lifted in 15 minutes of the time the suspension started
