my mySQL database won't work!

BUT heres a bit more detail,

When i try going to my forums, it says Cannot connect to database. But i did everything correctly, I had it running and everything before the maintenance started. Anything i did wrong?

• You may need to switch mysql.x10hosting.com to localhost.
• Check your settings for your database user has set to ALL (ex below)

I have done those, try it and look what it says:

www.forums.ajproductionz.com

but my homepage works ( ajproductionz.com )

and all my non-mysql using pages

Delete your mysql user and re-add name

WHy would i do that?

I couldnt get a backup because the maintenance was unknown to me at the time

Get a backup of it now, then delete it and again try adding it back.

It says "backup not enabled"
