can't log in cpanel

i can't log into cPanel, when i got the email with my name and pass i (tried) to sign said it failed,
could anyone help me??

No way, i've tried many times and still can't log in.

Is that the login username i have to use to login control panel, isn't it?

I've also tried to change password from account, but still didn't work

The account cPanel name you mentioned is not what i see on your cPanel.

How many accounts do you have with x10?

The account linked to this forum account is fresayna .

On free servers you are allowed one account per person.

Ops, sorry, didn't see i was logged in as fresaynata. That was my old account in x10, so if there's any problem with it i'd ask you to delete it. This is the account i have the problem with
