I finally received an email notifying me that my x10 hosting has been created. It gives me all my account info but when I try to login via http://x10hosting.com/account I receive this error:
An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.

And when I try to log in via my cPanel it says the page cannot be displayed.

Please look into this.

Domain: pro.pcriot.com

Are you using the forum account to login?

No. I am using my user name (not this forum name).

Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. Your account details are as follows:

Username: <this user name>
Password: ***
Domain: pro.pcriot.com
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: <omitted>@<omitted>.com
Edit:
Anyone? :dunno:

You need to login to the account management panel using the forum username and password.

Thanks. That solved one problem.

Now for the second problem I mentioned: When I try to access my cPanel IE says the page can't be displayed.

Try using this url http://74.86.116.190:2082 I looked and noticed the site would not even load for me. Which could mean that it might not have been created correctly. I will look into this issue a little further.

Thanks Chris. I tried to log in via the link you provided.

The page loaded (I was able to access the cPanel log in screen) but when I entered my user name and password I received this message:

Login Attempt Failed!

Will do.

Also, I have a question. Today I requested that sendmail (PHP upgrade) be enabled for my account. I just received an email stating that I was approved. My question is this: Since my account is being recreated, will I have to re-request the PHP upgrade?

You might have to. You will know once Chris creates your account.
