I just used the url above as my ftp directory
Edit:
Now I'm getting this error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.8 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_mono/1.2.6 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.epbclan.x10hosting.com Port 80

Okay. Your all set, you need to upload all files to /home/bouke285/public_html
In the future, don't delete your public_html folder..

So I upload using the what?
The same as i used for the ftp upload?
Edit:
Ok I upload to /home/bouke285/public_html i put that folder as my host destination folder with my ftp server as epbclan.x10hosting.com my password is right my username is right i upload. I then try and type in www.epbclan.x10hosting.com it comes up with that error but at the bottom it says something about port 80 do i need to upload to this port?

No.. Your first file, your website must be index.html or index.php Have you designed a site yet? If so, upload it.

Ok let me get this I have a site If i save it it saves in .wpp format which is specific fo the software I use. Can I upload this or do I have to upload the homepage seperately?

I don't really know about the .wpp extension.
Website's index should be like: index.html, index.php, etc.

Search for a tutorial in Google. It's better if you understand some basic things before trying to make a website.
