*php issue*

Hello,

I upgraded my php config to intermediate and got da email saying that my hosting account's version of PHP has been updated to version 2 successfully. But when I get on my phpbb forum it still acts like it was in the basic php config that is the eval() mail() functions are not allowed. Would some one please look into this matter bcoz my php config is already upgraded to v2.

How long ago did you receive the e-mail?
The Upgrade script runs only once every 6 hrs. You may have been approved, but you still have to wait for the script to run to get Intermediate PHP.

The date the message was sent is: Tue, 18 Mar 2008 00:01:40 -0500

The Message: This email is being sent to let you know that your hosting account's version of PHP has been updated to version 2 successfully.

Hope the above info will be enuf for u to sort me thru this prob.

Weird, if you login to your account panel, what does it say where the PHP versions are?

wow...it had said bfor u are in intermediate php config and i got da email confirmation...now in da account panel when i checked its saying the following:

You currently have an application pending for PHP version 2.

Edit:
is dere any solution for this as it was shown intermediate config in the account panel bfor but now it shows basic config.

I have my confirmation mail for v2

hmmm, it's showing the "Basic" version for us, and I don't see an upgrade pending for your account.
Please login to your AMP and try re-applying for the "Intermediate" version.

I had the intermediate but now it changed back to basic, thats what i dont understand bcoz i got da following mail:

This email is being sent to let you know that your hosting account's version of PHP has been updated to version 2 successfully.

If you have any problems or issues with your account, please seek support on x10Hosting's support forums.

And plus yesterday i was able to access but today morning it changed back to basic. And also I have re-applied now.

Might have been because we transferred x10 and the databases yesterday. It's possible you were approved around when the database was transferred so it's on the old database.
