cpanel/ftp login error

everytime i try to login to cpanel or ftp through my site, i get errors. cpanel just says invalid login, and ftp passes the user name, but the password is wrong apparently. whats really weird, is that ive logged into cpanel before. any help?

Can you try and log in now? If that doesn't work i will reset your password and pm you a new one. Make sure you are using the hosting account password if it is different than the forums password.

My ftp client finally got onto my ftp server, after about a million retries (never thought to stop trying to connect), and it uploaded about 20 files for my CMS, and then it disconnected and I'm having the same problem again, can't login. The password is the same as my forums password as well.

Try using this url for your cPanel.. http://74.86.116.188:2082 You can also use just the ip 74.86.116.188 for the ftp url.
