cpanel login failed

Hi, I login at http://neurosylum.pcriot.com:2082/login/. I successfully logged in through there before using the username and password, but now it's not working.

I cleared the DNS and cache, but it's still not working.

Thanks, it works now. So, does that mean I can't use the cPanel login address: http://neurosylum.pcriot.com:2082 found in my account, anymore?

Also, does that mean the domain http://neurosylum.pcriot.com/ isn't available to me anymore?

Your site is there it is just having a dns issue. Which is on our end and is being looked into.
Once that is resolved the normal cPanel url will work.
