403 Forbidden Errors

I've got 403 forbidden errors when editing posts, articles and templetes in my site and forums! Help pls!

PS: I can't create a support ticket. The support desk logs me out whenever I click something.

I'm no admin but I recently submitted a support ticket about this issue and a lot of others are having the same problems. It seems they aren't clear what the issue is but recommended I CHMOD the offending file to 755 and see if it works. I can't check to see if it worked or not because the HTTP is down and nothing will load X_X.

CHMOD will not work because i've tried it.

Yeah my site just came back up and it did nothing. In fact whatever they worked on when they took the server down has made things worse. I can't do ANYTHING with wordpress now. Before the server went down for upgrades/fixes I was at least able to create posts and edit posts.

Now it's all 403 errors...

You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
