Hi,

I added a .info domain to my .com domain and tried to use SiteReptile on the .info domain.

I get the following error in step 2:

Warning!
Domain sunflower-products.info doesn't point to susanna account

I was able to use SiteReptile earlier - but the .info domain was parked at the time, so the new site affected both the .com and the .info. I was hoping to have the .info different from the .com.

Thanks for your help.

does your FTP user have access to the directory?

does your FTP user have access to the directory?

I believe that it does, how do I check?

***

I checked that my cPanel login name is susanna, and that I can use file manager to rename a file in the directory.

My manual settings in my FTP accounts are:
FTP Username: susanna@sunflower-products.com
FTP Server: ftp.sunflower-products.com
FTP Server Port: 21
SFTP Server Port: 22

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, the cpanel user name for FTP should have access to everything. I don't have an addon set up at the moment. Can you create a new FTP user just for the .info domain? I don't think it is an option, but if it is try that and use that user instead.

If that doesn't work I think you will have to submit a ticket for this one. It looks like SiteReptile is trying to confirm the cpanel user susanna owns the domain sunflower-products.info and it is returning false.
