Dear Sir,

It was working perfectly ok till yesterday, but today morning when i opened teh site: http://www.writeupshub.com/, it has started displaying the default HTML page of x10 hosting? I checked through FTP and found that all my files are available too.

What may be causing the issue here?

Please check this as a priority, and let me know.

Writeups.

It seems that you server is down. This is due to server maintenance by staff. This is unofficial support. For official support you have to submit a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com

Thanks

I had already done that though, about 12 hours back and the support hasnt been very helpful either.

Please use this link http://writeupshub.com and remove the www. from your domain through the AMP.

Thank you for your reply. The site does open without the www, but what is the reason here?

I mean, I would loose immense backlinks, which i have promoted for the site http://www.writeupshub.com/ (with the WWW) and if the archiecture of the site is disturbed like this, I may be ruined. :-(. Due to the same, all of of present links in Google, are giving 404, which can be a big factor in valuing down my website.

I understand that the CSS of my site arent been loaded proplerly, due to the www thing, BUT this is not what i wanted.

Can you please let somebody else look into this as well?

What is AMP? Where do i find that?

I will look forwrad to your reply.

I hope that you understand that I am not setting up the domain now. It was done 4 bmonths back, was runing succesfully till yesterday, and suddenly from today morning, I started seeing the default page of your website.

The AMP is the Account Management Panel which you can login to at http://x10hosting.com/login.php.
Remove the www from your domain and it might start working again.

Thank you for your reply. But i am very disappointed with the solution's so far. I have been asking many things, which haven't been answered.

For the solution provided, i tried that but it still is having the problem as it was. I have removed www from my domain from control panel, but it is still showing that and the issue is stil there.

Nothing has changed.

I hope someone will look into this seriously. Its been about 12 hours, that i have been following up.
No response since then!

It is terribly disappointing.! :-(

You must bear in mind that there is a huge backlog of people like you all demanding attention from Support right now because of the server transfers. This is right when the staff would be better spending their time actually getting on with completing the transfers & installation.

How about just waiting a few days? Most things will be sorted by then. If not, you can always ask Support again.

I assume you are on free hosting? If so, what is it exactly that you think X10 owes you?

There has been a lot of discussion about this sort of thing over here ; http://forums.x10hosting.com/off-topic/98363-latest-update-news-response-5.html#post548581

The best place to keep up to date on current issues is the News section. This thread is giving the most relevant info at the moment ; http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/98362-latest-updates.html
