domain - help

I tried to change my main domain name to different one twice,
it said it was in the queue but it didn't work. I even parked the domain and pointed the domain to the right place:

ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com

I clicked that link for your tutorial when you posted it the other day as well.

Unfortunately, every time the site has been unavailable ie "Failed to Connect". :sad:
