Hosting account issue

i signed up 2 days ago and didnt receive my hosting details till now
i ask on irc to help but they didnt knw about it
so i kindly request hosting mangers to take a look plz
usernames i put when sigining up
forum username : drt420
cpanel username : adi10289

That's because they have been flooded with tickets due to problems caused by the recent server upgrade. I'm afraid there is a long wait involved. Do not "bump" your ticket, or it puts it to the back of the queue again!

Also, have you re-checked your email (& your spam folder) for your hosting account details? It may be in there by now.

For the benefit of people reading this thread for help with their own problem, & wondering about it......
