I know nothing of building a website. Now that I have one, http://bargainsforyou.x10hosting.com, what do I do now? I just want this website to get visitors to come and click on ads so that I can make a little extra money. How do I get ads to my site? How do I get anything there? I am totally confused and lost. I know nothing of the words that are talked about in the forums and support. Sorry.

It seems like from the URL that you provided, you already got your site uploaded and running (either that or you used the built in website design feature in cPanel). To add advertisements to your site, you'll need to go into your cPanel's File Manager and edit the pages that you want your advertisement to appear in.
