email and ftp problem

Hi, I have an account in x10hosting and I've made one domain and cpanel for it before but then I tired to move a new domain to my account. so I changed the domain but now I can't get rid of the ftp account and email accounts of my old domain in my cpanel. what should i do?

Please change your domain back to what it was before by editing your account information in the account manager. Then, once your domain is back to what it was before, remove your accounts that you don't need anymore. Once you delete everything you need to, go back to your account panel and change your domain to the new one that you want it to be.
