when i try to long in to the main site it will not let me says i dont have an account i can login to the support and fourms with no problem and not the site

Your forum account doesn't appear to have any hosting account tied to it. Were you inactive on this forum for more than two weeks (as in, didn't log in and stay in for a few minutes)? If you have been, an account manager should see this post shortly.

I'm sorry about that. Hopefully I can explain it better this time.

Basically, from what I can see, your forum account doesn't have a hosting account tied to it. When you registered for hosting, you first created a forum account which is what you're using right now to post here. Your hosting account was created after your forum account, and that account was what gave you access to the web server. When you created the hosting account, you were asked to tie the hosting account to your forum account. Now, x10Hosting has a policy where you have to log into the forum sometime within a two week time frame from your last log in. If you don't log into this forum within two weeks, your account is suspended, and after about a week if I'm not mistaken the hosting account is removed.

Being a Community Advocate, I can see some basic account information, such as what your site address is, as well as what server you are on and it shows up below your name on the left of this forum page. That information is not showing up so it leads me to think that you were probably inactive at the forums, causing the account to be removed.

For the account manager, they are able to figure out pretty much anything as to why accounts will not log in, or why they don't exist any more. One will show up and help you further.

ok yah i made a site along time ago now how would i get a new site

Your old account is probably long gone by now, and I'm sure it's not recoverable. But to make a new hosting account, you can go to the page below and create a new one. Just remember to log in to the forums so you don't lose this one :)
