I have logged into my account today only to find that the entirety of the hosting for my account has dissappeared without any warning. can you tell me the status of this and what has happened as i have made sure to log on once in the 2 weeks that i am assigned.

If you are inactive for 24 consecutive days, your account is suspended, then terminated for inactivity. If you were inactive for 10 days after a suspension for any reason, your account is terminated.
