Your forum account is not linked with a hosting account. It is likely that you were suspended for ten consecutive days and your account was terminated for inactivity.

If you provide us your cPanel username, as Punk said above, we can look up the history of your account to see what really happened to it.

Otherwise, you can go to the x10Hosting home page to sign up for a new account. Be sure to properly link your forum and hosting accounts together.
