Can't login

Dear sir/madam,
I tried to login into my account this evening and the system wouldn't let me do so. I keyed in the correct username and password and I even typed the generated code given but all didn't work.
Can you please have a look for and reopened my account for me.

Your account, cPanel username: olumary is not suspended. Have you tried resetting your password?

Make sure you are logging in to the correct cPanel:

http://lotus.x10hosting.com

Attempting to log in to a different server's cPanel will not work.

Also, were you ever able to log in to your cPanel before?
