Your suspension is for warez, which means that illegal software was found on your forum. Even though other people are posting content on your forums, you are still responsible for what is present.

If you are 100% sure there is absolutely no warez on your website, a community support representative can escalate your ticket up to an account manager so they can investigate which files caused your warez suspension.
