suspension

my account keeps getting suspended for inactivity...but the tos says that you must login to the forums once every two weeks. the account was suspended yesterday and i sent the request and got it unsuspended and then this morning when i woke up it was suspended again for inactivity... is there something else i must do to get it to stop suspending my account? i made sure to login so that it wouldnt get suspended i think last week. so is this something that im doing or is this a bug in the hosting system?

Make sure you have logged in to the forum for a few minutes each time. The system will not recognize instantaneously that you are here. Only forum logins count. CPanel and account panel logins do not reset your timer. When you are inactive, make sure you are active before you request unsuspension. If you do not, you will be immediately re suspended. Finally, the timer is now 31 days and not 14. It is to your advantage to sign in at least once every day or two to check for X10 news relating to server problems and new features to your account. Plus, it's just a cool place to be
