How do I go about resetting everything back to default in my FTP? I accidently deleted everything, and would like it restored to its original state.

Hi kazzyx,

You can go to your cPanel and click on R1Soft Backups. From there, you can bring your cPanel account files back to a previous state.

If the recovery provided by R1Soft Backups is not sufficient, we can terminate your account and allow you to sign up for a new account so everything is back to how it was when you first started using your account.

Using R1Soft Backups is instantaneous. However, terminating and recreating your account could take a day or two at the most.

I can't thank you enough for such a quick response, A+ on the support! Although, I can't find R1Soft Backup in my cPanel. I've attempted to search for it aswell, although that attempt has failed. Would you be able to direct me to where I should be looking at? Thanks in advance, and once more, thanks for everything!

Hi kazzyx,

If you log in to your cPanel at http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 and look under the "Files" heading, you will be able to see a red, shield logo labeled "R1Soft Restore Backups." I have attached a screenshot that shows where exactly you can find this.
