Unsuspend

Dear Sir, Madame,

I experienced this morning a suspension of the account TJA2670003769 for high server resource usage.
The unsuspension would be as explained in the report automatically. It notifies the following:

suspension 3:59 am
unsuspension 4:13 am

Unfortunately it stays suspended. Did I do something wrong?
Also, how can I know where the high resource usage is coming from? I'm afraid I'm not technical enough to find this out by myself.
I use the account for publishing by means of a WordPress blog 2 to 8 articles maximum a day. I receive these articles during the night, edit them and publish afterward.
My question is now: to avoid this problem in the future, does it make sense to use a paid account?

I will ask a staff member to look into this for you.

Wordpress has been known to cause resource suspensions. I'm not sure which plugin(s) causes the problem, but it seems that many users encounter it when running Wordpress. You may want to consider disabling any plugins you don't consider to be vital and going to the Wordpress support to ask how your resource usage can be lowered.

Thanks for the answer Garrettroyce, I'll try to disable the plugins one by one to see what causes the problem, as soon as I have access to the account again. I know each time I publish an article the sitemap is rewritten. I suspect this to be memory intensive. I will try to do it only once a week e.g..
