account information not received to my email

After 10 hours after account creation im still waiting for account information to be sent to my email address. Im also unable to connect through ftp using cuteftp with the details provided under control panel / ftp accounts.

U will only be able to use ftp after ur account is activated. Try resend option from from loging into using
www.x10hosting.com/login.php

My account its already activated, Account information:your account is currently in good standing
