Cannot log into CP

I have just created an account with you but when I try to log into the CP with the details I signed up with it says login failed. Please can you help me?

Are you using your cPanel username/Password (not the same as Forum username/pwd).

Your cPanel username is styphon1

I set the same username for everything, I was trying styphon1984.

Using styphon1 worked, why is it styphon1 when I entered styphon1984 into everything? Thanks for the help.

cPanel only accepts 8 characters so it truncated your name.

Aha, thank you . I still haven't received the e-mail with the information in it though. It's not necessary now but you may want to look into why it didn't send?
