Cant open my ticket!!

Hi,

My previous thread for support was shifted to ticket area. Now the problem is how to see it. I got an automated email with Ticket Link, and a username(my email) and a random long generated password to log in. But whenever I try to login, I get error

[B]Fatal error[/B]:  ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in [B]/home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php[/B] on line [B]172[/B]

When I use my forum/account username/password I again get error saying - you are not authorised.

What should I do? Am I doing something wrong?
