Error installing

Whenever i try to install something to my account via softaculous i get one of the following errors for example
The import function for Dotclear could not be loaded.
There were some errors while importing the software installed at http://reviewsondemand.x10hosting.com

If those pages don't load for you, try clearing your browser's cache.
