Account Suspended

I am having trouble with my site..I've been suspended twice and the reason was both due to inactivity. I am well aware of the policy of the host that forums should be visited once every month and as far as I know, I've visited the forums thrice or more for this month, so why is my account still being suspended? Is there any trouble with the server or there's something wrong with my account? Thank you and I am hoping to hear from the support desk soon.

Currently Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account. That could be the reason of suspension due to inactivity.
To see what happened to your account we need you cpanel username.
