When creating account says email address is unavailable

I have recently had my hosting account deleted. Now I am trying to create a new one, but when I type in my email address it says that email is unavailable. How do I create my new account using my old email and logins from the deleted account? Although it has been deleted I can still log in to the forums using my old login but there is no hosting account associated with it now. Please help.

This problem can only be solved by an account manager, so I am going to escalate this ticket to a higher tier.

Please click on the colored bar at the top of this page to be taken to your newly escalated ticket. You can log in with your forum credentials. Once there, respond to the ticket with the email address you need removed from our system.
