Difficulty in Loging in while using while using site reptile site builder

I have created a free x10hosting account- ijssr.x10hosting.com
While creating the free domain created an account id and password and a forum id and password. Both id are same but password differ.
Further, I can successfully log in to both forum as well as the cpanel using the id and pass word. BUT while using the site developer it is asked to give the ftp id and password. The id appears automatically and is same as my account id but when I provide the password I get a message " Incorrect id or password"
I have tried both passwords but failed.
Please help

I went to the link provided by you and entered my account password BUT failed to log in. Then I tried my forum password and again failed. Each time received the following -
"Warning!
Username or Password incorrect."

I have created only the aforesaid two passwords at the time of creating account. Is ftp password diffrent from the two. If yes, from where to get it?
