My Web-Sever has been hacked?

EDIT : My web-server was apparently down... I assumed that it was a hacker I knew.... Read descalzo's post below.... Just deleted a bunch of irrelevant information from this post....

Turns out that a lot of accounts did not get tranferred. They are now doing it manually.

What's happening here, very poorly informed if some updates are done

Oh Thanks..... Looks like I posted a bit too much irrelevant information in that case...... Was there some sort of e-mail notification of some sort for it? if so then I dont remember receiving it.... although it might be my other e-mail account..... idk....
