Account Suspension

Hello,
While trying to backup my Joomla installation, my account was suspended (apparently due to performence requirements). I tried to lower the performence requirements in Joomla, but apparently it didn't work.

Could you help me out?

Your account was suspended due to resource usage limits. This means that backing up your joomla instalation took too much server cpu or ram. Next time you will likley have to back it up by hand via ftp or the file manager then export the database via phpmyadmin.
