mysql connect problem

Dear X10 hosting,

I have a problem with my Msyql database on the website o2la.x10hosting.com. (the database is at the following address: mysql-cossacks.x10hosting.com)
While everything worked fine until two days ago, I cannot access my website (hugely dependant on the database) and I cannot access the Mysql database wizard and PhpMyAdmin from the Cpanel either.

is it a problem specific to my website or a generalized issue? Is the result of one of my config or of action?

The database host should be localhost..

Replace mysql-cossacks.x10hosting.com with localhost

Thank you for your answer, but I am not sure I understand correctly.
How come did it work before?
And why can't I access the Mysql Wizard and PhpMyAdmin (it clearly states that there is an error to the Mysql connection) from my Cpanel?
