cannot log-in account does not exist

I am trying to log into the account management panel on the following link http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?c=5c38b7dab3064d however when I use my credentials I get an error saying that the account does not exist

Account is 101makemoney.

The accounts that i should have are 1)101makemoney and the second acount is 2) money.

Cpanel username must be consist of 8 characters.. so first one is not valid. The second one is used by other user..

Probably your account is not created yet.. Please signup again..
