Account Email address confirmation

I created my account yesterday but I haven't received a feedback e-mail yet. I tried "resend confirmation email" from my account a few times but with no success.
I sent a message yesterday to the hosting support but still waiting for a reply.

What is the reason of these problems? :dunno:
