Website problem

Hi, I'm having problems with my website... I'm using a forum based on Nuke-Evolution_v2.0.7. - Fprum is/was all set up and running fine till a few days ago.
My problems are:

1/server very slow (because it's a free site?)
2/showing database errors - no "god user"
3/Using cpanel, unable to access database.
4/Using Fireftp, unable to list files etc.

I feel all these problems are problems at your end.

Hi, after 8 hours, I now have some of my website running - I still have no user accounts or forum.
