Login Issue

I have successfully registered and activated my x10Hosting Free Hosting but I cannot login to my account.

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

Also if I try to register again I get the following error.

The email address you have supplied is not available.​

Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
Provide me your cpanel username so that i can check what happened to your Account.

Edit/Add: If you are inactive from a long time. Then your account is probably terminated.

Remember You have to login here (On forums) once every 31 days to avoid suspension for inactivity. cpanel or account panel Login does not counted.

Signup for a new account with different email address

Thank you for your reply Boss is the Best, I created my free hosting account today and successfully linked it with my forums account, but I am still unable to login. If I try to register again for free hosting it tells me "The email address you have supplied is not available." If I register once again with my business e-mail address will I be able to change it later? My account name is "Floxcie" and e-mail address is floxcie@gmail.com.

You can use a email id for one account only.
