cant conferm email

i try to conferm my email but it wont work at all ive tryed everything, it just keeps saying this email is in use or somthing, and i tred to change it but i changed it to a email thats not real and now the confemation code gets sent to some email i cant loginto to check it, but when i was getting sent the confermation code id type it in and it just keeps saying email in use. can you manualy acctivate my account pleae asap THank you.\r\n\r\nsorry for the spelling im on a laptop in the dark...
